BARREL BUSHING FOR TACTICAL INNOVATIONS ELITE22 RECEIVER

Stainless steel BARREL BUSHING for Tactical Innovations ELITE22 receivers (NOT TAKEDOWN) for customers that want a steel mating surface between the barrel and the receiver. The bushing REQUIRES additional machine work on the receiver by the customer which is NOT included with the sale of the bushing.
For installation, the barrel hole in the receiver has to be machined
to a larger diameter to allow the bushing to be pressed into the hole.
The barrel then is installed into the steel bushing rather than having a
steel barrel in an aluminum receiver hole. The drilled hole will NOT
allow the bushing to be installed without additional machine work. A
counterbore is required in addition to the drilled hole.
The Barrel Bushing is also a perfect fit to repair ELITE22 80% receivers that have the barrel hole drilled incorrectly. Machining (not drilling) the correct diameter hole in the correct location and then pressing the bushing into the same hole will take an 80% recevier which would otherwise have to be scrapped and instead updates it with a premium steel bushing installation for the barrel to receiver mating.
